At Corner Brook School, we believe learning should leap off the page—and that’s exactly what happened when our curious Grade 1 learners embarked on an exciting academic trip to the National Museum of Kenya in Nairobi! 🌍✨
This enriching outing was more than just a break from routine—it was a window into Kenya’s rich history, diverse cultures, and stunning natural heritage. From fascinating fossil displays to vibrant traditional artefacts, our young explorers were immersed in a world of wonder and hands-on discovery.
Trips like these are designed to ignite curiosity, deepen understanding, and remind learners that education is everywhere—not just inside classroom walls. 🧠🎒 As they walked through the exhibits and asked thoughtful questions, our students learned to connect classroom knowledge with real-world experiences.
But it wasn’t just about learning—it was also about bonding, refreshing, and reconnecting with one another and the world around them. 🤝🌿 The joy on their faces said it all!
We’re so proud of how engaged and enthusiastic our learners were throughout the day, and we’re grateful to our staff and museum guides for making the experience meaningful and memorable.
Here’s to many more journeys where learning becomes an experience—not a routine!
